Project Thinking is the result of Eduardo's master's dissertation at UFPE, the subject of a book. Design of the open innovation program strategy, definition of the operating model and reports.
DELIVERIES: Program OKR. / Program reporting model. / Operation model.
IDENTIFY CHALLENGES
We will identify the company's needs, pain points and challenges and prioritize which ones will be addressed in the program.
DELIVERIES: Discovery. / Book of challenges to be worked on.
We will discuss the entry and success criteria for each challenge and make the call and publicize the challenges.
LAUNCH CHALLENGES
DELIVERIES: Definition of entry, participation and evaluation criteria per challenge. / Launch of challenges.
We will access the different ecosystems in search of solutions that resolve the challenges posed.
SOLUTION SCOUTING
DELIVERIES: Scouting reports. / Curation of solutions.
We will curate the solutions found, understanding the fit between challenge and solution.
SELECTION OF SOLUTIONS
DELIVERIES: Selection report. / Report of approved candidates. / Candidate feedback.
PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
We plan the implementation and deployment of the end-to-end solution, from the poc`s to the integration.
DELIVERIES: Implementation roadmap. / Project plan.
Project management ensures that it is successful, in addition to sending progress reports and monitoring post-implementation gains.
